Financial Proposal

In consideration of the time and expertise to be dedicated to resolve all issues 24/7 consulting the driver on the diagnosis and resolution of the issues:

1- Subscription Fee;

 A subscription fee per truck of $20/ month providing the VIN number would allow us to be prepared with the truck’s specifications, history and added equipment installed. With such information on hand, we would be prepared before the call with the truck’s specific details and our resolution of the issue would be quick and effective.

2- Time Charge;

 $1/Minute charge logged by telephone direct with the driver for step-by-step guidance and diagnostic of the issue and steps to get back on the road as quickly as possible

3- Larger Problem;

Should the problem prove to be larger than an "on-line support" then we would assist in narrowing down the type of support needed whether its towing or road side assistance

4- Detailed Reporting & Invoicing;

Monthly invoices including appropriate taxes with full detailed report on the time logged by the minute and details of the issues reported and how they were resolved.

5- Recommendations

 Provide advice and recommendations to the company on the issues and how they were handled by the driver and outside assistance if necessary.
